I recently stayed at a lovely hostel in Chachapoyas. The location was great, close to everything but not on a busy street, in a calm neighborhood. The staff was very helpful and arranged tours for me. The room was comfortable with plenty of storage and a warm bed. The bathroom had hot water and nice toiletries. Additionally, the hostel had a beautiful rooftop terrace with amazing views over the city.
I was disappointed that the hostel didn't have a hand soap in the dorm bathroom, which was inconvenient.

This place has it all! 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, free WiFi, and even bike hire! I felt like a VIP. Absolutely loved the continental breakfast. The nearby activities were great too, especially the intense cycling sessions.
Oh, just a small inconvenience - the airport shuttle was not free. But hey, who needs free stuff when you're living like a queen?
